Homeostasis is maintaining a constant environment within the body

 

Body temperature – need to ensure the body does not get too hot or

                                        cold Within the human body three are many aspects

                                        that need to be controlled :

 

⇒ Water – the cells should not shrink or increase in size

⇒ Blood sugar level – the blood sugar level needs to be maintained to

   prevent disease

⇒ Carbon dioxide and oxygen – the levels of both need to be

   maintained and can be altered through breathing

⇒ Urea – it is a waste product of amino
