Comparative Adjectives


Learning Objective :

 

Definition :

We already know adjectives are used to describe a noun. Comparative

adjectives allow us to compare two nouns. We can use a superlative adjective

to compare 3 or more nouns.

 

Example :

I am smart but my teacher is smarter.

 

Explanation :

The word ‘smart’ has been used twice. The first usage described the 1st

person, and the 2nd usage described the 3rd person.
