What about calculating efficient spending
It would be interesting to learn about efficient spending on education by
council or by city.
We could divide each councils or cities aggregated standardized test scores
by total education spending per capita, stabilising the figures with four socio-
economic factors: poverty rate, rate of single-parent families, rate of households
where English is a second-language at home and median household income.
Based on these factors, we can work out the most efficient spending by city
or council and this will tell us most and least efficient city or council spending
