Personal health is the most important aspect of our lives! Great health gives us everything. There are many elements of personal health and they are:

Emotional Well-Being

Emotional wellness understanding your own feelings and emotions regarding yourself and others. Maintaining a strong, healthy emotional aspect of personal wellness can help you cope with emotional challenges in life that often go hand-in-hand with daily lives.

Intellectual Wellness

Your intellectual wellness refers to your active participation in scholastic, cultural, and community activities. It is important for you to gain and maintain intellectual wellness because it expands your knowledge and your skills in order to live a stimulating, successful life where creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning is practiced.

Socially Whealthy

You should be socially healthy. If you are a socially healthy person positively interacts with others, you cultivate meaningful relationships with other people. These include developing  significant connections to the people in your community and have the ability to easily conform to various social norms.

Spiritually Whealthy

Spirituality, religion, and prayer can play an important role in your wellness. That’s not just the point of view of spiritual practitioners but rather the findings of a growing body of research. When treating people with serious illness or helping those who are well stay that way, spiritual care has the potential to be a powerful intervention in patient care, according to some of the research presented.

Physical Health

Physical health and mental health are strongly connected. A balanced diet, proper sleep, and cutting down unhealthy habits such as smoking, alcohol, and drugs are some of the key physical health factors that can promote mental wellbeing. Some of the things that can affect mental wellbeing are stress, working too much, and being too inactive.
